? ?	Frequently asked Questions				On this page we have tried to provide answers to the questions we are most frequently asked which we hope will be of use to you. If you have any other questions please feel free to send us an email and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. We may add your question to this list as well! This site uses the highest level of encryption available via PayPal. It is the same system as used on ebay and many other sites. When you make a payment you will see a small symbol of a padlock at the bottom of the screen so you can rest assured that the site is secure. Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy from this website? No. If you have an PayPal account you will probably find this the easiest system to use but if not don't worry you can also pay directly by credit card. Will the meat I order stay fresh in transit? Yes. Your meat will be freshly cut and carefully packed in ice in a strong corrugated box. This will keep the meat in perfect condition for you to cook or freeze on delivery. Your meat will be delivered by courier to arrive within 24 hours of despatch. What happens if I am out when my meat is delivered? It's always the way isn't it, the delivery comes just when you are collecting the kids from school! When you order your meat there is a section where you can provide alternative delivery instructions. Otherwise the courier will leave the delivery with a neighbour or somewhere safe and leave you a note. How quickly will I receive my order? You will receive your order within three working days. If for any reason that is not going to be possible we will contact you as soon as possible and either refund your payment or agree a delivery date. If you need your delivery sooner than three days please email us and we will see what we can do. As we are unable to deliver at the weekend if you order meat on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday you should receive your order on Tuesday. If you order on Monday, you receive your order on Wednesday, Tuesday orders will arrive on Thursday and Wednesday orders will arrive on Friday.
