Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions (the "Terms") of using this website.
1. USE OF THIS WEBSITE
1.1 These Terms apply to your use of the Wiltshirevillagemeats.co.uk website (the "Website")
and your relationship with Walter Rose and Son and Wiltshire Village Meats ("we", "our" or "us").
Please read these terms and conditions before using the website. By accessing this site or by placing an order you agree to
be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the terms please do not use the Website.

2. SOURCE OF PRODUCTS AND GUARANTEE OF QUALITY
2.1 We guarantee that all products supplied to customers are of the highest quality. Where possible meat
is sourced from producers based in Wiltshire but we reserve the right to source meat from any supplier who meets
our standards of welfare and quality.
2.2 As explained in 2.1 above the name Wiltshire Village Meats does not mean that all meat sold is produced in Wiltshire.
This trade name belongs to Cameron and Muriel Naughton who farm in Wiltshire and Walter Rose & Son who have retail outlets
in Wiltshire. As much meat as possible is sourced from local producers but not exclusively from Wiltshire.

3. SECURITY
3.1 We provide customers with a secure payment system. Currently this is the PayPal payment system which employs
the highest level of encryption available. We reserve the right to change the payment system in use but only to a
system of equal or higher security.

4. ORDERING
4.1 Before ordering please familiarise yourself with the ordering process with our
shopping guide. You have the opportunity to amend or cancel your order
up until you click the "confirm order" button.
4.2 All prices on this website are calculated on a per kilogramme basis - for your convenience a box price may be shown with
a minimum weight for that box. Weights of individual components of a box are guides only and due to the nature of the product will vary.
4.3 In the unlikely event of us being sold out of a particular product we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item
of equal or superior quality and value.
4.4 If we make a mistake on the price of a product on the Website, or if the price changes we will contact you with the revised price
before processing your order, at this point you can either accept the revised price or cancel your order. If you cancel your order due to a price change
we will provide a full refund.
4.5 If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order within the usual time frame we will contact you and either offer you a revised
delivery date or give you the opportunity to cancel your order. If you cancel your order because we are unable to fulfill your order
we will provide you with a full refund.
4.6 We have provided some images of our products on the Website and every effort is made to make these as accurate and helpful as possible, however,
they are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily represent actual products ordered by you.
4.7 Title to any products you order on this Website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that payment has been received in full
4.8 We reserve the right to refuse to process an order from any customer at any stage up to delivery and we shall not be liable in any way or to any one for doing this.
In this unlikely event we will of course refund the payment made in full for a refused order.

5. DELIVERY
5.1 We aim to deliver your order on or before the third working day from order placement. Thus if you order on Monday you should receive delivery
on Wednesday. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday you should receive your order on Tuesday or Wednesday. If we cannot meet these delivery times
we will contact you by email and make other arrangements.
5.2 We use a courier service to deliver goods ordered to the address provided. We may use any courier to transport our goods
and although we will select the courier we feel will provide the best service we cannot be liable for any delays
caused by the courier, their agents or representatives. If you are not in when the courier tries to delivery your order the courier will leave the product with a neighbour
or in a safe location in your garden if appropriate. Whilst the meat should stay cool and fresh even if left outside for several hours we cannot be responsible
for any deterioration of quality if you are not in to receive the goods.
5.3 We will package your order carefully in cardboard boxes you can recycle and with ice packs that will keep them fresh in transit.
We use special gel ice packs to keep the meat fresh, we think these are the best products on the market and stay frozen longer than other similar products.
These icepacks will not leak water and spoil your goods.
5.4 Upon delivery you must immediately store the products in a freezer or fridge.
5.5 Products are not supplied for the purposes of resale.
5.6 Delivery charges are shown and calculated when placing an order

6. RETURNS
6.1 We make every effort to ensure that our products arrive in perfect condition. If, in the unlikely event a product
is not delivered within the delivery time given in 5.1 we will make every effort to locate and deliver your order or provide a
replacement or full refund. If a customer deems a product to be unsatisfactory the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
We may ask you to return uncooked items. See our contact details for who to contact. If we agree that items are unsatisfactory, or that the wrong items
were delivered we will provide a full refund.

7. PRIVACY
7.1 We respect your privacy and we only collect data from you that we need to process your order. We store and process this in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998.
7.2 We will not pass any information about our customers to third parites for any reason whatsoever.
7.3 We will not email you in future without your express permission.

8. WEBSITE
8.1 We reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw the Website as a whole or in part at any time,
including any products
8.2 Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information and images provided, however, we shall not
be liable for any direct or consequential loss deriving from inaccuracies or errors in the information provided.
8.3 Unless otherwise stated, you acknowledge and agree that the brand names, copyright and all other intellectual property rights
in all the material on this website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us. You may not reproduce or store
any such material on any other website or include it in any public or private electronic retrieval system without our prior written consent.
8.4 We are delighted to make information available for educational purposes but you must seek permission first.
We cannot provide any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the material published in this website for any purpose.

9. LAW
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
